Very Berry

Has been ages!

I have been kinda busy about my friends's wedding party stuff :(

Anywayz,

I went to strawberry picking yesterday I would like to share some of the pictures from that. It seems like spring is right there but it has been hesitating to come out.

I am surrently planing on doing "Hanami" which is like having lunch/dinner under the cherry blossoms. I am pretty excited to see beautiful spring symbolic flowers!!



Ma Place

Wherever you grew up, that is the place you can feel free and nostalgic.

I was born in the area where I live currently.

It is not centre of the city but I LOVE this place.

Sometimes I just want to take a walk to think about something or just want to be relaxed.

Clear blue sky with old good Japanese style houses and rice grounds.

These places calm me down very well more than anything :)

I am pretty sure you will feel the same way about your home sweet home.

そんな都会に住んでいるわけではないけど、

こんな少し田舎の雰囲気が大好きで、たまに考えごとをしに散歩に出たり、

ちょっと気分転換に歩いたり、この地元の農道は佳菜にとって色んな意味で懐かしかったり、

癒しの場所。

古風なこのなんともいえない様子、四季を感じることのできる風景が何か佳菜にとっては

最高のリラクゼーションな気がするな♪



U make me feel...

Last weekend was quite a blast for me.

It was nothing big but I went out to dinner with my bestie had after that SPA TIME :)
I would say relaxing at SPA and talking to my bestie are my fav and making me smile.

Next day I sippose to do anything and staying at home but she wanted to go shopping so

we decided to go and have a bit of cosmetic shopping.

 

Motivation

Hi,

I was kinda not into gymming last few weeks since Xmas.

You know, once you are kinda out of routine, it gets harder and harder to get back to the weekly working out schedule.

Well that's what I have been fighting last few weeks.

I saw one of my friends is getting in shape( it was a guy so i guess in this case it is a bit different but...lol) so that fact gave me some motivation!

Now I am getting back to the routine and try make myself work harder :)

It actually makes me feel very good after working out so I am not hating or anything.

I cannot wait till the day this cooollld weather gets warmer!

年明けから、ジムはちょこちょこ行ってるものの、何かモチベーションが上がらないというのか、

微妙な面持ちで行ってたんやけど、こないだ友達が頑張ってるのをみて、少しずつ前のルーティーンに戻ってきたような気がします。

友だちと言っても男の子なので、そういう意味で多少の意味の違いはあるとは思うけど、

筋トレするのとしないのとでは全然ちゃうもん。 

やっぱり運動のあとは気分も良いしね♪

夏に向けて体作り頑張らないとね！！

A Piece Of Hotness

Hi doll :)

I gotta say the concert was just amazing!

I knew he is good but Bryan....you rock!!! XD

I could say he sang exactly the same as CD and all that.

Just amazing!

I think he is early 50's but he's got everything and he is still very sandsome :) hehe

And as you can imagine he sang all the popular songs including my jam "summer of 69" !

It was heaps fun!!!

今週の月曜日にブライアンアダムズのコンサートに行ってきました！

実は言うと生まれて初めてのホールにてのコンサート。笑

今まで野外のコンサートイベントとか、屋内ショー的なものには行ったことあったけど、

コンサートは初めてで、ドキドキやったんやけど・・・

ブライアン最高やった！！！

５０代には思えないかっこよさと、声の良さ、

本当にCDと同じ歌唱力で魅了されました♪

もちろん、佳菜の大好きなsummer of 69も歌ってくれて、大満足♪

本当に素敵なeveningになりました。

ありがとうブライアン！！！

Mr. Bryan Adams!

Hi!

I have a thing to tell you :)

I am going to Bryan Adams concert next week!!

I am so excited!!

My boss asked me that whether I wanna go to the concert or not.

I didn't know whose concert is that. I asked him and he was like..."I dunno someone who is not Japanese." LOL

I was like " That's fair enough." I guess he does not have any interests in Bryan Adams...well it is ery obvious.haha

Well his friends got few tickets and they cannot go coz of their business trip so,

someone got to go :)

So I am going with my coworkers!! 

It is old school music but def its classy and nice relaxing rock.

Especially "Summer of 69" reminds me about my Oz life so I really love that.

Warm From The Inside Out

Hi!

This kinda weather def makes me wanna stay in bed to just keep me warm.

Unfortunately I had to get up and get ready as I do everyday.

I have been catching uo with my old pals which it pretty nice.

I  normally good at keep in touch but sometimes you just don't talk to your friends for a while but whenever you start talking to the person, everything comes back just like a flashback. I really liked that.

Reminds me that I have such a wonderful ppl in my life :)

本当に毎日寒くて起きるのが辛い・・・

でも、仕事にいかないといけないし、頑張っています。笑

学生やったころが本当に懐かしいな～♪

最近留学時代の友達とか、とくにIphone（スマートフォン）が普及してきて、

海外の友達とも連絡がすごくとりやすくなったっていうのをとても実感するね。

実際いにはあえないけど、本当に身近になったかんじがする。

少しの間連絡取らなかったとしても、仲良しだったこはホント一瞬にして、昔のように戻るよね。

そういう瞬間にすごく幸せをかんじるな。

早く寒いのがどっかにいけばいいのに～！！！

春よ来いー！！！
